Iwas a beautiful day, the morning of which caused one observer to comment that it was the best morning since 1973 when some tourists were swimming on Dooagh beach as the band passed. Cheered on by a good crowd, the band made the most of the gorgeous conditions to march to Dookinella and back to Dooagh again.
